The servo carton erector is a special equipment that uses suction cups to pick up carton sheets from the trough, automatically unfolds and forms the carton sheets, folds and shapes the bottom according to a certain program, seals it with adhesive tape, and then conveys it to the cartoning machine. The machine is controlled by PLC + human-machine interface, with no pause during bottom folding, and automatically completes bottom folding and sealing during conveying. It simultaneously finishes the entire process of carton suction, forming, bottom folding, and bottom sealing. The servo system enables one-key switching and adjustment between the carton picking and pushing parts.
