Four-corner Carton Sealer. After the carton finishes middle top-and-bottom sealing by the front-end sealer, it is rotated by a 90-degree turning mechanism and fed into the four-corner sealer. Triggered by photoelectric sensor, the pusher plate pushes the carton into position. Conveyor belt and tape applicator simultaneously seal four top and bottom corners of the carton with high efficiency. Two rows of brushes smooth the tape to fit closely against carton surface, creating wrinkle-free folded corners with nice and firm sealing effect. It is suitable for customers and manufacturers with high requirements on outer packaging, especially for export products and food industry.
